Astera Kids in support of improving children's oral health
Being the best-selling brand of children's toothpaste in the country *, Astera considers it its duty to commit to the efforts of improving the hygiene habits and the health culture of children.
In the beginning of December this year, Dr. Krastina Djambazova visited "Dr Petar Beron" school and personally showed 280 children, aged between 6 and 11, the proper techniques for brushing of teeth. With the help of practical demonstrations the curious students saw how to place the brush properly on different teeth, what is the right direction for brushing and the benefits of using additional means for oral hygiene - mouthwash. Also, Dr. Djambazova told the children about the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods of brushing, in order to motivate the kids to make an effort for their oral health, combining knowledge, enthusiasm and the entertaining educational materials of Astera.
It is important for both children and their parents to pay particular attention to the development of proper hygiene habits that last a lifetime. Problems with milk teeth can have a negative impact on the formation of the permanent teeth. Regular preventive dental check-ups, along with the observance of excellent oral hygiene, is the way all parents should follow for the sake their child’s health.
Astera continues to work on its mission to support and protect the oral health.
