Become a better person while getting more beautiful!!!
On 5th July we celebrate the World Environmental Day. It was initiated by the United Nations in 1972. The aim is to raise awareness of nature conservation.
Natural ingredients are being more and more used in cosmetic products, instead of strong chemical compounds and aggressive ingredients. Using raw, natural products at home is also a common practice. There are already plenty of brands on the market that offer products in limited quantities, but made of purified organic ingredients. Mother Nature’s cosmetics give us purity and freshness, without negative side effects.
Beautiful green ideas...
When doing good deeds a person becomes more beautiful, for nobility cannot fail to appear on the face.
In 2009, the cosmetics company "Aroma" created a product called Greenline. It is composed of 95% natural and environmentally friendly ingredients.
Aroma Greenline enables each customer to contribute to the rescue and preservation of old Bulgarian forests. The company separates 5% of the cost of each Greenline product for the Green Bulgaria fund, designed for long-term care for old Bulgarian natural forests.
Two and a half years later, with the raised funds, the cosmetic company adopts an old natural forest in the Balkan mountain. The adopted forest is located in the "Bulgarka" national park and it is about 140 years old. A large number of different trees grow in the forest, as well as a wide variety of species of moss and lichen. It is home to the Semi-collared Flycatcher and a pair of eagles included in the Red Book of Bulgaria. Through the adoption of the forest, Aroma pays the owners the amount that they would benefit from the sale of timber, making a commitment not to cut down any trees.
If you want to get involved in a good cause, but you do not yet know in which one, you might join the platform Timeheroes, where the causes themselves seek volunteers (and vice versa). You could also adopt a wild animal, but do not imagine that you would take home a bird.
Adoption consists of financial support for a period of time to a selected animal, while the volunteers and veterinarians of "Green Balkans" care for them.
