At the dawn of every new year we promise ourselves to achieve a lot of things in the next 12 months. But they remain only promises, after all. Well, we agree that sometimes we unknowingly overestimate our abilities. But when it comes to appearance, we have no excuses for our own irresponsibility. Because it depends only on us! So let's not allow another year to elapse in empty ambitions. Instead, let’s promise more beauty to our hair and skin in 2015 and this time fulfill it! Here's how:

Listen to the signals of your skin and hair

It can happen to anyone to have a pimple on his or her face, an itchy scalp or hair with split ends. But if these conditions begin to occur regularly, accompanied by inflammation, dryness, flaking or loss of hair shine, there is probably more serious reason. The easiest way to cope is to use specialized cleaning products, shampoo, cream or other product, whose powerful active ingredients attack and eliminate a particular problem (dandruff, sensitive skin and scalp, acne). If there is no improvement, you must consult a dermatologist.

Use cosmetics with more vitamins and minerals in 2015

We all know that food is the easiest way to provide your body and thence your skin and hair with vitamins and minerals. But nutrition must be accompanied by nourishing cosmetics to strengthen the visible results of it. Think of products with high content of natural extracts and nutrients that will keep your skin and hair vital, elastic and protected from harmful influences.

Use day and night care according to your age

Skin's needs change in the course of time, so you should make sure you’re using the most appropriate formulas. You should not forget that care for mature skin is not suitable for young skin and vice versa. So, if at 25 you can afford more universal cream, at 30 you’ll need a product with hyaluronic acid, retinol or Q10 against the first wrinkles. At 40 you would need cosmetics with collagen and omega-3 for more elasticity and shine, and at 50 - a complex anti-aging therapy. Do you find matches?

Take better care of your teeth

White teeth and fresh breath are a great business card for your personality. Bring delight to your senses with a new body lotion or a shower gel with tempting delicious aroma and velvet skin effect. Or finally include an anti-cellulite product in your weight loss regimen.

The best thing about the promises of a beautiful hair and skin in 2015 is that they do not require too much effort or time to see the result. Only one step is enough to go in the right direction.
