What we should not do if we want firm breasts
We are powerless to stop time and gravity that slowly but surely pull down the female forms. But we are able overcome the other key factor responsible for the deformation of the breast - our own unhealthy habits.
More and more studies show the harmful effects of smoking. But will knowing the fact that the lighting of another cigarette contributes to the premature drooping of our breasts make it our last one? It was found that the addictive smoke generates large amounts of free radicals, destroying elastin and collagen fibers in the connective tissue. These fibers serve as a supportive net, so without them any skin will inevitably hang.
Even if you're from the ladies who have managed to avoid the nicotine trap, it would be much more difficult to protect yourself from another dangerous habit - exposure to the sun. The burning sun rays, under which we trustingly expose ourselves to gain a tempting milk-chocolate complexion, also decrease the elasticity of our skin. So after a few careless summers we begin to feel uncomfortable because of our sagging bust, and start to avoid topless sunbathing. Of course, the development of this scenario can be radically different if you enjoy the sun during the hours when it is low in the sky and apply sunscreen on your skin.
As much as we try to drink more water per day, some of us just can not find the necessary willpower to enforce this useful habit. The insufficient water intake, however, is detrimental both to the internal organs and the secondary characteristics of our femininity - the breast. Without the invigorating liquid the skin supporting the breast loses its flexibility and little by little begins to modify its shape.
We forget to drink water, on the other hand we often consume the "unallowed" foods, and then we punish ourselves with exhausting diets. Vanity pushes us to voluntary starvation, but unfortunately it drives away from our dream ideal figure, once it becomes the reason for a sharp and drastic weight loss. Female breasts respond to notable changes in weight, as they become lush with obesity and begin to melt at weight loss. Sooner or later, however, the skin's ability to return to its original position declines and the bust drops visibly.
There are a number of other factors that affect the tightness of the bust - incorrect posture of the body during the day and during sleep, lack of sports bra during exercise ... Contrary to popular belief, however, breastfeeding is not among these factors. Pregnancy as a whole can trigger the drooping of the bust, but could we really allow vanity to deprive us of the joy of motherhood?
Once we’ve overcome the causes coming from ourselves, it becomes much easier to keep our breasts firm and beautiful. Especially, if we discover the right assistant among the bust-shaping products, created by our favorite cosmetic brand.
