How to tighten your arms?

Summer is in full swing and because of the scorching sun, or may be because of the equally hot holiday passions, you don’t mind showing some more skin. But there is one small detail that quickly cools down any hint of enthusiasm - your arms are definitely not in their best shape. Their skin is flabby and reveals your age or your propensity to laziness and high-calorie foods. But still, do not rush to throw away the sleeveless clothes! We offer an easy and effective training regime, which, if performed daily, will very soon make you feel comfortable wearing no sleeves.

Exercise 1

The classic push-ups are an excellent exercise for toning arms. But if it is too difficult for you, you can resort to a simplified variant. For this purpose, lean on your knees instead of your toes and put your palms together, so that your thumbs and index fingers form a triangle.

Exercise 2

Sit upright on a chair and place your hands on the edge of it. Stretch your legs touching the ground with heels (the toes of your feet must point to the ceiling), then slide you body down without moving your feet. Once your elbows form right angles, lift yourself up until you sit back in the chair.

Exercise 3

Stand straight with hands close to your body, positioning your feet at shoulder-width. Start to slowly describe large circles (whose axis are your shoulders), rotating your both arms. Periodically change the direction in which you "draw" circles. You could include dumb-bells in the exercise, if you wish.

Exercise 4

Stand up straight again and adjust your feet hip-width apart. Take small weights or other appropriate weights and relax your hands down. Lift the dumbbells, folding his arms at the elbows, fists until you touch the chest. Slowly lower your arms to the starting position taking care to keep his spine straight.

Exercise 5

You can finish your daily program with a fun but no less effectively exercise that is performed in the following simple way: just bend your arms at the elbows in such a way that they mimic bird wings and then start to "flutter" with them.

Do several repetitions of each exercise, and exercises themselves - daily. After achieving the desired result, you can reduce the training to 2-3 times a week.

Home-made firming masks
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 egg white and apply the mixture on your armpits. After about 20 minutes rinse with cold water.
  • Mash 2 figs and add a little fresh lemon juice to form a paste. Spread on the problematic area and leave the mask for 20 minutes before you wash it off with cold water.
